..those who know me, know that the header can’t be right….em…I am more the slow scrapper..but why then this title? Recently, there was the (inter)National Scrapbooking Day (NSD); national in the USA, but as shops and scrappers all over the world take place it is more international. This year, I was relatively active…all those projects here, were made in relation to the NDS…but throughout 4-5 days. You might have seen them on my instagram account…here comes the complete overview, some details, and many pictures:
The task was to just use the logo colors of Color Cast Designs…turquoise, red and grey….that was relatively easy for me, though my layout turned out to be a bit greyish.
#FelicityJaneStudio – recipe
The photo, patterned paper, and the fish with the tag were lying around already a little while and should end up in one layout…have had moved the pieces around already several times, but I was never satisfied with the result, and thus, never glued it…until Jen‘s receipe in the Felicity Jane facebook group…all in a sudden I had a flow. One should have used the following incredients: something kraft – stamps – something you’ve been hoarding – something hidden.
#SCNSD16 – watercolor
Sideoats‘ task at Studio Callico was “to watercolor WITH *anything* ON *anything*” …on of my favorite activities these days….for her challenge I wanted to create a wedding card for Ines from copperandgold in her wedding colors dar blue and rose gold.
#FelicityJaneStudio – favorite animal
#NSDBPC – lines
#NSDBPC – vellum
Carla was showing at Big Picture Classes how to stamp and watercolor on vellum….stamp, sure, but watercolor?! Thought it would create runs all over…had to try it….and surprise, surprise…it works wonderful!
And with all my created projects I also participated at #insdshowandtell by Cocoa Vanilla Studio …but didn’t win at any challenge…bummer…nevertheless, it was so much fun creating!
